Maybe you've found a Blackberry homescreen suddenly become hang, reload the software pops up a menu & 507,continue blackberry you can not be used again or called hangs, and you may wait for many hours, but still it did not change the homescreen.

From the text "Reload Software 507" likely its BlackBerry handheld OS you are corrupt. So .... you have to reinstall the OS.
Or before it gets to install the OS, you should do what is called "Safe Mode".
Perhaps many Blackberry users who do not know if it turns out we could be switched on Blackberry in Safe Mode.
"Safe Mode" in the Blackberry functions exactly the same as Safe Mode in the PC or laptop.
('Safe Mode is a mode of the which is out of danger')
Perhaps this can be taken if there are new applications that we install cause us to be dead or Blackberry to hang. (Or applications that are installed are not compatible with HH)
Destination safe mode to get into our Blackberry and remove or uninstall an application that causes problems.
From experience how to resolve this as follows:
Here's How to do Safe Mode:
- Unplug Batterai Blackberry.
- Wait about 30 seconds then plug it back (same as Hard Reset)
- As soon as the notification light turns red immediately press the back / exit
- Continue to hold the back / exit. until the boot process is complete
Note: (until there is a product logos BB)
- If the process is successful then there will be a notification on the home screen
- Just press ok
- Well so you've managed to get into "Safe Mode'', and immediately delete / uninstall applications that were problematic.
